- Booking information: experience booked, date, group size, special requests, billing address, GSTIN.
- Payment information: handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner; HuddleOut does not store full card numbers.
- Usage information: pages viewed, search filters, device & browser type, IP address.
- Communications: emails, SMS, in-app messages and customer support tickets exchanged with us.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate and improve the HuddleOut platform.
- Process bookings and share necessary details with the Vendor delivering your experience.
- Send transactional emails / SMS (booking confirmations, m-tickets, invoices, OTPs).
- Send marketing communications — only with your consent and with an unsubscribe option.
- Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing of Information
We share your information only with:
- Vendors fulfilling your booking (limited to name, contact and pax count).
- Payment processors (Razorpay or equivalent) for processing transactions.
- Communication providers (Resend for email, MSG91 for SMS) — strictly to deliver service messages.
- Government authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management, and aggregated analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect functionality.
6. Data Retention
Account and booking records are retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years thereafter to satisfy tax and audit obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to privacy@huddleout.io.

We use industry-standard practices including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted password storage, role-based access controls and regular audits. No internet transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
HuddleOut is intended for use by persons aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
